We are seeking an experienced M&A Senior Manager with strong pre-deal (sell-side) carve-out and project management expertise. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage carve-out projects in preparation for sell-side transactions.
Oversee pre-deal planning and execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across London and Amsterdam.
Deliver robust project governance and risk management throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Requirements:
Proven experience in M&A transactions, specifically sell-side carve-outs.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-jurisdictional deals.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Willingness to travel frequently between London and Amsterdam.
