Head of Finance

The Consultancy Group are currently partnered with a Global Business Services company who have recently acquired a dynamic catering business based in West Sussex.  They are looking for a Head of Finance to join the business to oversee the transition of the catering business into the main entity.  This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional to utilise their previous experience to drive and own the new developments, implement new system integrations and gain exposure to all areas of the business.

Role Overview:

  • Transition Support: Work closely with the finance team to ensure a seamless transition process.
  • IT Systems Enhancement: Collaborate to improve IT systems for enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Client Management: Manage and nurture client relationships to support business growth.
  • Day-to-Day Finance Operations: Play a key role in maintaining smooth day-to-day financial operations.
  • Month-End Responsibilities: Contribute to critical month-end processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Finance or Accounting degree.
  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified.
  • A strong background in finance and accounting.
  • Proven experience in transitioning and improving financial systems.
  • Client-focused with a commitment to delivering excellence.
  • Ability to manage daily financial operations efficiently.
  • Proficiency in month-end financial processes.
