My client is a Global Property Company based in London. Due to recent expansion they are looking for a Financial Accountant to join their team on an initial 6 month fixed term basis.

Key Responsibilities:

–    Balance Sheet management for IFRS16/Fixed assets/Accruals
–    Management of intercompany reconciliations for all parts of business
–    Reviewing CAPEX expenditure is in line with budget 
–    Preparation of presentations for various reporting periods 

Requirements:

–    ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 2/3 years of post qualified experience 
–    IFRS experience 
–    Experience within Financial Reporting and Governance
