At The Consultancy Group, we are currently partnered with a Global leading Facilities Management company with a strong presence in Central London. The business is looking to continue their growth by building out operations and is seeking a dedicated Commercial Pricing Manager to join the team.
As the Commercial Pricing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the pricing strategies, optimising profitability, and securing new business through competitive bids. You will collaborate closely with the sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure that the pricing models align with the business objectives and market dynamics.
Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness.
Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behaviour to inform pricing decisions.
Lead pricing negotiations with potential clients and oversee contract negotiations.
Evaluate the financial impact of pricing decisions and provide recommendations to senior management.
Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and bid packages.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of pricing strategies, making adjustments as needed.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the Facilities Management industry and its regulatory landscape.
Keep up to date of industry best practices and emerging pricing trends.
Proven experience in a Commercial Pricing or Business Development role within the Facilities Management industry.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Proficiency in pricing software and Microsoft Excel.
