The Head of HR will support the Group HR Director, taking on the everyday responsibility for the existing HR teams. The goal is to support and understand clients and employees in supporting the delivery of all aspects of the employee life cycle right from recruitment to on-boarding, Employee relations to Diversity. continuing to achieve their mission to embed the company values.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the head of the business to ensure that the delivery of HR initiatives are policies are executed
- Support projects such as change management as the business naturally expands
- Support the HR delivery team to providing the best service to the stakeholders
- Able to manage professional guidance and support to Stakeholders aswell as the HR team
- Driving projects focusing on talent retention and strategy
- Championing DE&I
- Leading the growth of the HR team and supporting their constant growth strategy through coaching
- Ensure a culture of trust based on open communication, where collaboration and cooperation is encouraged and reinforced
- Championing wellbeing through support and guidance
- Ensuring HR guidance documents, policies, and procedures are kept up to date and sit within the correct areas of the business
- Report to the Group HR Director to achieve a best-in-class HR experience
All you need for the role of the Head of HR:
- Senior HR skills required with a level 7 CIPD or masters degree
- Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders of the business
- Excellent HRIS experience ideally in Workday
- Passion to support individuals growth
- Previous experience in HR projects and driving HR initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good Influencing skills and able to work well with all levels to ensure a dynamic and sustainable workplace
