L&D Specialist

Reporting to the Head of Learning, your main responsibilIties will be:

• Expertise in designing and delivering innovative Learning and Development interventions.
• Working with a solid team of professional learning & development specialists to implement and drive strategy and change within the L&D space.
• Participate in the facilitation of delivery both 1-1 and classroom
• Manage and drive new e-learning platforms to support the successful growth of the business.
• Work alongside the L&D Head to support the Senior stakeholder management, advising, influencing and guiding best practice.
• Communicating with the team and the wider business of up-dated L&D strategies and implementations.

This is a project role that can change to a permanent position for the right individual.
