Finance Manager (French Region)

An exciting and progressive opportunity to join a asset management business going through rapid growth and change.

Lots of new innovative projects are taking place in 2023 which has brought about a positive restructure to centralise the regional hubs into group HQ in London.

This role will be to manage the end to end finance function for their French operation.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly accounting under IFRS for 10 entities
• Monthly Management Accounting
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• P&L and balance sheet preparation
• Capex Management
• Bank Reporting
• Attending Monthly Area and project meetings to report for your region
• Senior Stakeholder management
• Audit preparation
• Compliance for local regulations

• Are fully qualified ACA/ACCA or CIMA
• Have Asset management/Investment management or real estate experience
• French speaking (Conversational minimum)
