A Global Marcoms Agency is hiring a Senior Finance Business Partner for their brand new role. The Agency recently acquired 2 new brands and organically grew one.

The Senior Finance Business Partner is a varied very commercial role driving business efficiency and client financial management across 8 markets. Business partnering with Client Leads, Regional Leadership Teams, Resource Management with a view maximise overall client profitability, efficient project management and continued business growth. The right candidate will have strong strategic experience, influencing skills and be embedded within client teams and will proactively implement company financial initiatives geared towards efficiency and business growth.

• Preparation of Proposals alongside the Client Teams
• Pricing in accordance with best practice, analysing for completeness and market competitiveness
• Leading contracting negotiations with client sourcing, purchasing and procurement staff
• Establishing a defined staffing plan for Resource Management to staff against that aligns with scope and client deliverables
• Development and distribution of regular internal communications regarding the financial health and overall project efficiency of existing clients, making recommendations as necessary on ways to improve profitability
• Collaboration with Client managers and Finance to resolve issues on projects that pertain to resourcing, contracting, billing, collections, delays with deliverables, or general client management
• Providing analysis and input on strategic goals around improvement of key performance indicators such as realisation and utilisation
• Providing inputs for the annual budget and monthly forecasts, including reporting and forecasting of significant regional and global clients
