Finance Director

The Consultancy Group have been retained by an International Retail brand who are looking to recruit a Finance Director. Reporting to the Managing Director, this Finance Director role will be a member of the Regional Leadership team and will take overall business responsibility for one of their largest regions. They will act as a Business Partner to the Managing Director whilst leading their team.

The successful candidate will be a Qualified Finance professional with leadership and stakeholder management experience, ideally gained within a Retail environment. They will have demonstrable experience of business control, developing and streamlining finance processes, possess solid technical accounting experience and most likely come with an Audit background. They will be a ‘People Leader’ with the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced consumer driven environment.
